We roast coffee 5 days a week to ensure the highest quality product. Depending on your order time, most orders ship the same day they are purchased. With this process, Erro Coffee Roasters delivers the freshest and finest coffee from the North West.

*Please keep in mind that we are a small-batch, premium coffee company.  We pride ourselves on delivering the freshest coffee possible to your doorstep. This means that once your order is received, we typically start the fulfillment process immediately. Because of this, any changes must be received within an hour of receiving the order confirmation email.

Once your order has shipped out, the delivery process will begin.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options but usually your order is delivered in under 5 days.

Returns

Since we a small-batch, premium coffee company, we cannot accept returns at this point. If there is an issue with your order we will work to resolve it through another method such as new order, discounts or how ever we come to an agreement.
