5 Cold Brew Cocktails
1. COLD BREW MARTINI
Class up your cold brew coffee with this Cold Brew Martini cocktail recipe. The full flavor of the cold brew, mixed with a hint of sweetness from the sugar and coffee liqueur, will bring out your inner Don Draper. Top off the glass with a light layer of foam—and you'll make quite the statement.
Ingredients:
- 2 ounces Erro Coffee Co Coldbrew
- 2 ounces vodka
- 1 ounce coffee liqueur
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- Coffee beans as garnish (optional)
Directions:
- Mix cold brew, simple syrup, vodka, liqueur and ice in a shaker.
- Strain over a martini glass.
- Top with whole coffee beans and enjoy!
2. SPIKED ICED COFFEE
Ingredients:
- 6 oz Erro Coffee Co Coldbrew
- 1 oz Irish Cream liqueur
- ½ oz chocolate liqueur
- half and half cream, or milk; to taste (optional)
Directions:
- Pour the cold brew coffee into a tall glass filled with ice.
- Add the Irish Cream liqueur and chocolate liqueur to the coffee.
- Add the milk/half and half/cream to the coffee, if desired.
- Stir and enjoy.
3. WHITE RUSSIAN
Ingredients:
- 1 Part Erro Coldbrew
- 1 Part kahlúa
- 1 Part Titos Vodka
- 1 Part Heavy Cream
Directions:
- Fill a glass with ice cubes.
- Add Kahlúa coffee liqueur, Titos Vodka and cold brew.
- Finish with a layer of your favorite cream.
4. IRISH COFFEE
Ingredients:
- 8 oz Erro Coldbrew
- 2 oz Irish whisky
- 2 oz simple syrup
- 1/4 cup heavy cream whisked to soft peaks
Directions:
- Pour cold brew into a large glass with ice. Add in 8 oz of cold water. Stir to mix.
- If using cocktail shaker, pour cold brew, whisky, simple syrup and ice into shaker and shake. Otherwise, add whisky and syrup into glass. Stir to evenly mix.
- Pour out into two coffee mugs or cocktail glasses filled with ice. Top with cream. Serve immediately.
5. ROAST & TOAST
Ingredients:
- 1.50 ounces bourbon
- 1.25 ounces amaro
- .50 ounce amaretto
- 2 ounces Erro Coldbrew
- .25 ounce orange juice
- 1 marshmallow
Directions:
- Make the cold brew coffee 12-24 hours before making the cocktail.
- Add bourbon, coffee, orange juice, amaro and brulee liqueur to a shaker.
- Add ice.
- Shake and strain into a large rocks glass.
- Skewer the marshmallow on a bamboo spear or a cocktail pick.
- When ready to serve, light the marshmallow on fire with a culinary torch.
- Before drinking, blow the fire out, take a bite of the marshmallow with a sip of your cocktail.
